Message	Uniden, Phantom, others.....did it lab and on street...all with his fellow engineer buddies as a project. Bottom line.......THEY DON"T WORK. Theory is great...but too many variables can interact to let signal thru. Also they tested the license plate gizmos to prevent photos.....THEY DON'T WORK....new fuzzy logic in cameras used by Troopies beat them even time....sorry...save your money.
